Genesis Lifts was formed to address the shortfall of skilled engineers within the lift industry and the associated demand from Customers for a "different approach", particularly within the East Anglia area where we operate within Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire (within a 100-mile radius of Norwich).

The scope of services provided includes, but is not limited to, programmed servicing, breakdowns/call-outs, planned minor repairs, Health & Safety and DDA upgrades, modernisation, refurbishment, SAFed LG1 examinations, 6-monthly thorough examinations, site testing/marking of lifting beams, as well as other more specialist roles including condition surveys, sales surveys/support and technical assistance/support.

Genesis Lifts offer fixed rates for service visits, fixed hourly rates for breakdowns/call-outs and quoted prices for repair works, all tailored to meet the particular requirements of your business. These rates can of course vary according to location of sites, type of equipment, frequency of visits, and volume of units requiring coverage.
