Bidwells are a team of highly established property consultants based in Norwich, Oxford, Cambridge, and London.

As with many new customers, we were incredibly pleased to assist Bidwells with their numerous sites throughout East Anglia after being “let down” by their previous lift engineering service provider for the final time.

A great example of this is how we can carry out potentially disruptive repairs over a period of low activity within the building.

In a commercial office space situation, the footfall over the weekend is often significantly lower. We, therefore, proposed that crucial proactive repairs be carried out over a weekend period, causing minimal disruption through forward planning.
